In 1981, ALICE DAHLGREN, REALTOR®, began her career in residential real estate. Soon after, she joined RE/MAX Nichols Hills and launched a stylish newsletter, “Alice At Home,” alongside a landmark, client-oriented website which, as one of the first in the nation to be run by an individual REALTOR®, garnered national awards . . .

Today, RE/MAX Nichols Hills is known as RE/MAX First and Alice is among the most successful real estate agents in Oklahoma. At the core of this success is Alice’s dedication to comprehensive marketing services for the benefit of her clients. “Alice At Home” has blossomed into a full-fledged brand, HOMEoklahoma. Alice utilizes her more than three decades of real estate and management experience in tandem with astute problem solving skills in order to serve the specific needs of her clients.

Navigating the most complex transactions with aplomb, Sormeh combines more than five years advanced real estate experience with 10 years high-end interior design, intimate knowledge of residential construction, and exceptional attention to detail. As such, Sormeh personally addresses each client’s needs with the consistency of premier service that is the hallmark of HOMEoklahoma.

Having graduated from Southeast Missouri State University with a BS in Interior Design, Sormeh commands a keen knowledge of architecture and design techniques that enable her to deftly stage a home for sale or comfortably design the interior of a new home for living.

Since partnering with Alice, Sormeh has helped propel the tandem to award-winning rankings among Oklahoma RE/MAX agents each year, including 1st place in Oklahoma City/ 2nd place in Oklahoma overall in 2011.
